The suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for my group. Each of the three balconies offered stunning views—one overlooking the lively square and the beautiful sea. The welcoming staff made our experience even better by suggesting great places to explore.

However, I found some additional amenities were missing that I would have expected in such a luxurious setting.

We had a fantastic family vacation here! The kids loved the pool, and I appreciated the kitchenette in our Suite with Sea View and Spa Bath, making it easy to prepare snacks for the teenagers after a long day at the beach.

I had a pleasant stay overall, and I appreciated the helpful host who provided information about local attractions. The location was ideal, close to major sights and easily walkable. I enjoyed some snacks and juices upon arrival, which was a nice welcome touch. After a long day of exploring, coming back to my room felt relaxing. The large size of the room allowed for a comfortable experience. Traveling as a couple from Italy, these details made a difference for us.

I faced an issue with hot water one evening, which was disappointing as I wanted to enjoy a soak after a long day. The problem was resolved the next morning, but it was frustrating at the time. Also, there were some maintenance issues with the whirlpool that I hoped would be addressed. It would have enhanced my experience significantly.

Unfortunately, my stay included a few inconveniences. Despite looking forward to using the whirlpool, I discovered two broken main sprinkles and had no hot water upon return from dinner, which prevented a relaxing soak. The limited access to the washer/dryer in the common area was also frustrating, especially as it wasn't available during staff laundry hours. Plus, locating the entrance was a bit tricky, as it often remained closed, requiring a call for assistance to get inside.

It was just a commendable fit for a short layover in Naples with value for money. The sea view from the room was breathtaking. Make sure to call Sara for access upon arrival.
